Back On The Ice
It's Warm Up Time
The Polar Kings Athletic Club Conditioning Camps are hosted each summer just before tryouts and are intended to help talented players sharpen their skills after the summer break. The camps are designed to enhance individual skills, boost conditioning levels, and help players feel more confident and prepared when they step out on the ice to secure their spot on a team.

Conditioning For U11-18
Age Divisions
Hockey team age groups are determined if the child is under the chosen age as of December 31 of the current season. This rule ensures consistency across all teams and leagues, so players are grouped with peers of similar ages throughout the entire hockey season.

Under 18
Be Prepared
All players are required to supply their own jersey and arrive in full hockey equipment, ready to step on the ice. To ensure a smooth experience, please check that all gear is in good condition prior to arrival.
Please note that skate sharpening services may not be available at the arena during camps. We strongly recommend having skates sharpened ahead of time so players can perform at their best without any delays.
